The common blue damselfly, Enallagma cyathigerum. It may well be “common” but its iridescent blue colour as it flashes past, always looks spectacular.

Preparing for our latest guests at Nash.
We have slowly been restoring our orchard at Nash. Winter pruning and planting of replacement and new trees. This year we have added a damson, Victoria plum, walnut, almond, gala and Worcester pearmain apple trees to add to our existing eclectic collection. Our orchard is a haven for garden birds and insects. Together with the adjoining meadow, it’s a hive of activity much of the year.
Amroth is one of many seaside villages a short drive from Nash. The is always a popular place to stop for liquid refreshment and to refuel after a walk on the beach with the dogs.

Nash has a network of both private paths and links to public rights of way giving extensive access to countryside walks.
Thank you to Steve from Extreme Clean Wales Limited for giving our kitchen equipment a deep clean ready for the winter wild bird shoot season. During December & January we offer a fully catered service working with our cook and housekeeping team.
The nights are finally turning colder. Thankfully Nash is lovely and warm, centrally heated by our district biomass heating system, fuelled by mainly wood from our trees and woodland.
Our biomass system is run and managed by which is based on our at nearby Newhouse Farm.
It’s been a few days of maintenance at Nash this week. Our electricians have been on site installing our updated CCTV system.
As a dog friendly destination, Tilley the Sproker & her owner Ryan, one of our electricians from Martin Rees Electrical Contractors, was very much at home!
Nash is a family friendly house with a large dining table for families to eat together. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped to be your home, away from home.
Nash is a comfortable family stay. With 7 bedrooms and beds for up to 14, it’s an ideal base for a large family group.

We are sometimes able to offer in house catering for guests at Nash. Ann our cook for the shoot season with once again knocked it out of the park with 2 nights of catering for a special guest celebration recently.
Serving the highest quality home style cooked food, our guests are always complementary and we can tailor the menu to suit all tastes.

Hey folks this Saturday is Angle Regatta, though the weather at the moment is so up and down we will keep you posted if the racing takes place or not?
However, whatever the weather we plan to have music, food and the best beer garden in the world!
Cafe Mor available from 11am till 4pm, no booking required, first come, first serve.
Racing from 2pm, potential flamingo pedalo racing later in the evening!
Point House Bar open from 11am till late, Point House Kitchen/ BBQ from 5pm till 9pm (weather permitting) - no booking required first come, first serve.
We will have DJ Roberto on decks from 12pm - ish, Deadmen Walking and Shanty Le Hara in the evening.
