How do you reduce packaging?

With the negative effects of plastic on the planet now being discovered, there is an emphasis on waste reduction for companies and consumers alike.

One company we worked with – Grow Your Own Pots – wanted to find a solution to this problem, and we came up with an inventive solution: make the packaging part of the product!

The project was a huge success, and we are looking forward to tackling more challenges like this in future. What Cameron loves about his job.

Cameron’s journey has been quite the success here at Glowcroft, from starting as a production supervisor to venturing into the QAM position to his current role as Production manager.

Development for us is key, not only do we always push to give our team the opportunity to grow but it gives our clients the confidence that each and everyone of our staff obtain the best knowledge within what we do here.
