**Our stunning 3 bedroom lodge - New Quay June and July availability**

Coogee View is set in acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds on a plateau overlooking the breathtaking Ceredigion coast and countryside. The facilities include the clubhouse with nightly entertainment, indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool (from the end of May to the end of August) and much more available free of charge. From New Quay town (1.5 miles) with its winding streets, quaint restaurants and water sports you will have access to rugged coastline and golden beaches, and the opportunity to spot dolphins. In the vicinity are several golf courses and various lakes and sea fishing spots. . Take in the stunning views over the sea and out to Cardigan Bay.

Our stylish lodge has been furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A cosy and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, large wall-mounted TV and patio doors leading out onto the balcony with its sea views. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal with informal space to eat at the breakfast bar. The dining area is great for socialising with a few drinks.

Outside the property is your very own balcony area which is the perfect place to take in the sea views and is complete with garden furniture.

**Christmas already! Yes the lodges are in demand and can offer a small deposit and optional payment plan **

Spend the perfect Christmas and/or New Year in our stunning lodges in New Quay, West Wales. They sell out fast so we are advertising early this year. Both lodges sleep up to 10 people and are situated right next door to one other.

Both lodges will be decorated throughout with lovely Christmas decs and will have real Christmas trees decorated on each of the huge , spacious deckings.

Prices include up to 2 dogs per lodge.

The lodges are based at Ocean Heights, Leisure Park, New Quay, West Wales.

Prices:

Christmas (23-26 December) :
2 bedroom lodge - £599 for 3 nights
For 3 bedroom lodge - £750 for 3 nights
For both lodges £1,300 for 3 nights

Christmas - New Year (27 December -1 January):
2 bedroom lodge - £699 for 5 nights ( also 4 nights negotiable)
3 bedroom lode - £800 for 5 nights ( also 4 nights negotiable)

All for just a small non refundable deposit of £70 for one lodge or £135 for 2 lodges.

2024 Season Bookings

Our books are now officially open for 2024.
Our beautiful Coogee Heights Lodge, set in the beautiful, quaint seaside town of New Quay, West Wales, has so much to offer.

Relax in the luxury of a deluxe 2-bedroom lodge, with stunning surroundings and a sea view. Based in the 5 star Ocean Heights Leisure Park, there’s lots going on, from an outdoor and indoor pool, clubhouse, out ground play area, and tennis courts.

We are taking bookings from 1 March 2024, on a first come first served basis. As we are a family run business, we offer outstanding value for money and welcome pets in the price.
Prices start from £200 per long weekend and offers throughout the year.
