Readyfield Farm Holiday Cottages are located in the tranquil Nottinghamshire Countryside. Family owned and run by the Boddy Family who have farmed on Readyfield Farm for 5 generations. Valley View Cottage is located on the Farm overlooking the stunning Beck Valley, this cottage sleeps two and has been furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. Hall View Cottage is located on the Farm ove

rlooking Beesthorpe Hall and the Beck Valley, this cottage sleeps 6 ( 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge) , the cottage has been recently renovated and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. Hall Farmhouse is located in the rural hamlet of Winkburn, Nottinghamshire, this cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people and is furnished to a high specification. All three cottages are fully equipped, and include, bed linen, towels, welcome pack, electricity and wifi. Each Cottage has its own parking space and garden area with patio furniture and barbeque. Within a short drive are many attractions including, Rufford Abbey, Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest, Newark Showground home to many varied events, Historic Market town of Newark on Trent with its Civil War Museum, Antiques shops Market and Castle. Also close by is the quaint village of Southwell with its renowned Minster. A short drive away are the cities of Lincoln and Nottingham both steeped in history. Winter has arrived here at Readyfields and so we are beginning to look forward to the Christmas period. We have availability on stable cottage & our log cabins for this winter❄️💫

Set in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside Our cozy log cabins are the perfect location for your Christmas holiday. Decorated for the festive season with a log fire and relaxing HotTub. Stable cottage has picturesque views across the Beck valley, also with a HotTub it is the perfect place to spend Christmas!

There are many festive activities taking place in December including Christmas markets, winter walking, Christmas light displays and many more. You could even book Christmas dinner at one of the pubs or restaurants in our local area! Before returning to the warm and cozy cottages in the evening🎄🔥

🎃 Our log cabin Dukeswood has now sold for the available nights during half term 🎃 but Halfmoon is still available for a 2 night stay 23rd and 24th, and a 3 night stay 29th, 30th, 31st October! 🎃

We are now looking forward to all that the winter months have to offer here at Readyfields! There are many amazing activities that run in our local area at this time of year including Halloween events, pumpkin picking, firework displays, Christmas markets, ploughing matches as well as many many more.

We have plenty of availability into October, Autumn is one of the best seasons to visit Readyfields farm holiday cottages & log cabins as we have so many spooky activities in the local area including Pumpkin picking at Maxeys farm shop and local Halloween trails! The Autumn weather will also soon be here and our cozy log cabins or homely cottages with log fires and hot tubs are perfect for a relaxing break during the wintery months!!

Our Story

Readyfield Farm Holiday Cottages are located in the tranquil Nottinghamshire Countryside. Family owned and run by the Boddy Family who have farmed on Readyfield Farm for 5 generations.We have a 550 acre mixed farm growing Oilseed rape,Milling wheats for Warburtons,Winter barley and potaoes, Beef suckler Herd,as well as Turkeys for Gressingham Foods and 5 Holiday lets including two log cabins all on our family farm.We also run conservation schemes on the Farm such as pollen nectar mixes and winter birdfoods.We have a diverse selection of wildlife including Buzzards,Badgers,Deer,Foxes,Brown Hare and Red Kites. The Hayloft is located on the Farm overlooking the stunning Beck Valley, this cottage sleeps two and has been furnished to an extremely high standard throughout,woth a Hot Tub for two.

Stable Cottage is located on the Farm overlooking Beesthorpe Hall and the Beck Valley, this cottage sleeps 6 ( 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge) , the cottage has been recently renovated and has been furnished to an extremely high standard.Has a large Hot tub for 6. Hall Farmhouse is located in the rural hamlet of Winkburn, Nottinghamshire, this cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people and is furnished to a high specification,also has a large Hot tub to enjoy a wondefull star canopy.
