Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is often overlooked when it comes to the Northumberland Coast and I have no idea why! Fab coastal walks with a proper path, free parking, lovely well kept playgrounds, loads of seats and bins and nice cafes and pubs.

The council’s cabinet has approved £50,000 of funding towards a fantastic new play area in Newbiggin by the Sea.

The play area will be created at Milburn Park and will include play equipment that can be used by able and less able-bodied children
