Rothsay Beach house is the ideal retreat for couples, families up to 6 or business travellers wanting a homely experience whilst working away from their home.
Located in the picturesque seaside town of Newbiggin-by-the-sea, this house is a only 2-minute walk to the stunning, clean, quiet beach front where you can view the famous ‘couple statue’. Walk along the road a further 10 minutes and you have the little seaside town which boasts plenty little bars, café’s, bakeries, restaurants, fish and chip shops, shops and a supermarket. There is also the golf course nearby and the maritime museum. Live sports and music in many of the Pubs!
The beautiful home has recently been renovated by its new owner and is a very spacious, open-plan living design complete with dining area, living area and kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs as well as an outdoor seating area at the front and the back. The home has central heating, controlled by the easy-to-use Smart Hive thermostat!
GROUND FLOOR
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with electric cooking hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, air fryer and washer.
The living area will comfortably seat 6 persons and has a 55” Smart TV with streaming services included such as Disney+ and Netflix. There is a toy area for the children, with wooden dolls house and plenty toys for all children. There is also a large selection games for the whole family to play. For those travelling with young children, we have a highchair, travel cot and safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs you have a large bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet. The cosy bedrooms sleep 2 in each room. One king room with Smart TV and hair dryer, one double room with smart TV, hair dryer and study area and a twin room with pull out extra bed. All rooms have plenty storage.
OUTDOOR
There is an outdoor seating area that is accessed by double French doors via the kitchen at the back of the home. Outside you can relax on the corner sofa, no worries if it gets dark, switch on the lights to create a Mediterranean feel. There is also a seating area at the front of the house too if you want to watch the world go by!
OTHER INFORMATION
Towels are provided for all guests.
Wi-Fi is included and password can be located in the dining room by the welcome stand.
Parking is available in the street directly outside the house.
Quiet time is 10pm-9am.
Iron/iron board included.
Tea, coffee and sugar supplied.
