We’re excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated couple (or two skilled individuals) to help lead our newly acquired and rebranded dive centre on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan, just off the southeast coast of Bali.

This island offers a unique blend of crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and a peaceful, community-focused way of life. It's ideal for those who thrive in nature, value meaningful connections, and want to be part of something special.

We’re recruiting for two key positions:

Dive Centre Operations Manager
A leadership role overseeing daily logistics, staff coordination, safety standards, and local partnerships – with plenty of time spent diving and instructing.

Dive Centre Reservations Coordinator
A guest-facing position managing enquiries, bookings, communications, and day-to-day administration. This role is expected to evolve and support multiple centres across Indonesia and beyond.

While we welcome applications from couples, we’re also open to strong individual candidates and will be assessing each role independently.

Fabulous Boutique Beach All Inclusive Diving Hotel is always popular with our guests who just can’t get enough of its guaranteed great diving and snorkelling. If you’re looking for a way to visit the Maldives without stretching your budget, take a look and you won’t be disappointed.

Our guest KB recently returned from a week at Boutique Beach, which is situated in the Whaleshark hotspot of South Ari atoll.

Here’s some of their comments:

My holiday was great! I really enjoyed the week and wished it had been longer. I can’t fault Boutique Beach at all. The rooms have everything you need, all toiletries, hairdryer, first aid kit and sewing kit. Even a phone charger. The food is fantastic and plentiful.

The diving is great and well organised. You don’t have to lift a finger. It really is special.

A standout moment was an excellent firework display on arrival day evening. The island itself is great especially if you want peace and quiet.
