Just 3 miles from Newquay, my lovely home has 3 good size double bedrooms, perfect for a family holiday., which is also dog friendly. The downstairs is an open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living room. A beautiful sunny conservatory leads onto a south facing garden area which includes a seating area and 2 sun loungers. There are 3 pubs, a shop and transport links all within a mile of the house. The beach is 10 minutes in the car, bus or train. ☀️ 🏖 🌊
