We think Cornish sunsets are one of the most beautiful sights in the whole world.…

This is Watergate Bay, just a few miles from us at Mawgan Porth and we love walking a lovely sunset coastal walk to enjoy a glass of wine at the Beach Hut.

We are ideally located for Padstow and Newquay, so whether fine dining, the Camel Trail or a great family day out appeals, we are perfectly positioned for it :-)

AVAILABLE FOR HALF TERM!

We have been so busy upgrading the kitchen and doing other improvements thinking that the property would be unavailable for the holidays, but, we got ahead of schedule and finished! So not only got to enjoy this incredible weather ourselves but also are delighted to say the property is now available for half term!

So, please, check us out if you fancy a dose of vitamin sea, we are a little amble straight onto the beach, or maybe you like all of our creature comforts and want to be one of the first to enjoy our new kitchen, check it out against the original kitchen previously on our grid, we are delighted with it. We’ve been steadily working through improving this holiday home the past 6 months and we are so proud of it. It’s going to make lots of holiday makers very happy!

We think Autumn is the best season to surf in Cornwall. With the water still warm, kids back to school, empty beaches and more waves to yourself, it’s the perfect time to learn to surf or improve your skills.
One of the best things about this apartment is that it is just 100 metres from Mawgan Porth beach and close to others so you can chase the waves and find the perfect conditions all year round.
Mawgan Porth has an amazing surf school Kingsurf . They offer beginner, intermediate, group and private lessons.

“Loved it!”
“Despite my initial skepticism in hiring a 2 bed flat with 2 teenagers, We loved it. The place feels spacious, vibrant and yet relaxing, a side from the teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped and the 5 stars are a must just for the impressive coffee machine. The lounge is very welcoming with a lovely big sofa that allowed 5 people comfortably. I loved the pool facility when the beach was really busy and loved the possibility to wash my wetsuit with the hose outside the pool. I would have personally preferred to be able to store my board inside given the possibility but that was the only limitation. The location is exceptional, literally 50mt from the shop and cross the road from that and you're on the beach! On low tide its a massive plus. We didn't have to pick up the car once!”
