Fun and funky dual-aspect penthouse apartment with huge windows, high ceilings and breathtaking views over Fistral Beach to the south and the rugged coast to the north. Decorated with original art and music / surf artefacts that you'll love - as well as super-comfy and cool furniture. A 5 minute walk will take you to Britain's most famous surfing beach, or to Newquay's historic harbour and the

best nightlife in Cornwall. Incredibly light, high-ceilinged, spacious apartment with killer views. Two bedrooms have zip and link beds so you can have them as large doubles or twins; the third bedroom has adult-sized bunks and the best views of them all, past the war memorial and up to Towan Headland! The third bedroom can also act as a spacious work area (with the best view of any office you've ever been in) complete with iMac. In the massive open-plan living area we have a large mezzanine where you can cosy up, read your book or just gawp at the view - a perfect spot for teenagers (and adults!) - a double futon here can also be turned into a double bed. The bathrooms are newly fitted and super-smart. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower-room; the main bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for dinner for two or a party for a few more. We have two balconies - one looking over Fistral with uninterrupted views, and the other joining the two bedrooms and looking out over the golf course and Towan beach. We have a reserved parking spot just next to the lift and our front door is the first you come to - it just couldn't be any easier. It's our home away from home, cared for constantly so we can share it with you just the way we like it. You'll love it here: the perfect space for a fun Cornwall holiday for adults, teenagers and kids. You'll be telling everyone about it - we promise! Found a fabulous lagoon for the dog while walking across fistral beach today.
