The easiest question in the world to answer!

Over 70% of our guests book directly, having found us on Facebook, Instagram, Google or Simply Owners

But we are also listed on Air BNB, whose marketing budget & reach may be just marginally bigger than ours! So we’re happy if people find & choose us that way too 😊

The only thing is that we all pay more (in fees & commissions) as a result … someone has to fund that marketing budget after all 😉 …

So, when this week’s guests decided they wanted to come back to TLC for another visit in June, it’s good news all round - they are also getting £50 off their next stay as returning guests too!

Something new and fun to do in St Ives! 🍫

After seeing a friend’s post on this last month, we have booked in for our Easter Holidays Trip!

Watch this space for more details from the day & photos of our choco-creations … but for the earlybird holiday / activity planners I thought I’d let you know about this!

We may even finally get to do the scenic train journey from St Erth to St Ives if we get up in time 🚂 🤣

“Loved it in Winter - will be back in the summer!”

Quite bizarrely, all 3 sets of guests who visited us around February Half Term, live in the Bristol / Bath area!

As far as I know they don’t know each other, or even one of our other Bristolian regulars (who’d have got a referral credit off their next stay if they did!)

So I guess TLC is just a good distance from Avon for meaningful, yet manageable short breaks whatever time of year… oh, and that lots of people in the area have great taste! 💙

We also have many guests from Devon especially in the quieter season for short breaks … a quick hop over the border to enjoy their scones the right way round without being chastised by their neighbours, maybe 😉

Naturally we’re happy to welcome lovely guests from far as well as near … with typically folks from further afield staying for 4 or more nights, and booking further ahead.

So … here’s where we stand
- 1 long w/e in the Easter Holidays: 11-14 April
- 7+ night availability next option from 24 April
- 2 school holiday weeks (24 May & 23 Aug)
- 9 full weeks (or shorter breaks) to end August
- 4 options for a stay of 2+ wks before Sept

With many likeminded past guests booked in or planning to re-book for the summer (enjoying their £50 return offer too no doubt), don’t leave it too late if you’d like one of these remaining bookings to be in your name
