We walked on the coastal path from the beach car park to Polly Joke & took in views of Crantock Bay at high tide🩵…how stunning does the bay look 🌊? This is your local beach when you stay with us 🩵..it doesn’t get much better than this🏝️…paddle boarding, surfing 🏄‍♂️, kayaking 🛶 & swimming 🏊‍♂️…we’ve got the lot😎…lessons with Big Green Adventures who are based in the beach car park 🅿️😎…

Crantock village is just beautiful, with thatch cottages, St Carantoc Church ⛪️, 2 pubs The Cornishman & Old Albion Inn, C-Bay Bar & Bistro which has spectacular views over the bay🩵, The jam jar & our village shop which sells the yummy St Agnes Bakery pasties🥟😋!

The weather’s incredible☀️, just perfect to get out & explore our beautiful Duchy🩵….Cornwall really comes to life in May & June with the most spectacular flowers 🌸 🌺covering our coast & villages…

Yesterday we were in tourist mode and went to St Ives🩵…it always feels like we’re on holiday when we go there, even though we’re only up the coast 🤣..and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful day to go☀️.

We always get the park n ride (£4 all day in car park) train 🚂 from St Erth (£4 return ticket 🎫 for an adult)and get off at Carbis Bay. We walk the coastal path to St Ives it’s just breathtaking, the views from the train and then from the coastal path are👌🏻. Just look at the colour of the sea 🌊💎, and the houses🏡are just jaw dropping!

A day in St Ives in our opinion is a must, it’s known as the dazzling jewel💎in Cornwalls crown🩵and you can see why. From October it’s quieter so perfect for a day out🩵….

Dogs🐶are allowed on Bamaluz beach and Lambeth Walk 🏝️all year round (other beaches have restrictions in summer)..

After a long day exploring St Ives and its many beaches, wandering around the shops and cafes/pubs you can head back to our cosy Wi******er and totally relax☺️…you’ll be shattered after a day of fresh Cornish sea air🩵…and sleep like babies😴…

How lucky are we that this is our local beach🏝️, & one of the most beautiful in Cornwall❤️? Dog friendly all year round & just minutes from our lovely Wi******er on Trevella Park, you can see why holidaymakers love it here❤️! Sit in the ☀️⛱️& relax…white powder sand so you can walk barefoot 🦶😎…go for a swim 🏊‍♂️, surf🏄‍♂️ or paddle board on the river…

☀️This morning we were out early, we had the beach & Gannel riverbed practically to ourselves😎..literally dog heaven 🐶! Your dogs will love it here, they’ll also get treats 🦴from Cargo Coffee❤️…

🩵Newquay🩵…another of our favourite walks…From L***y Glaze to the harbour & then on to Fistral beach🏝️, over 4 miles in glorious sunshine☀️, & a lovely breeze this morning….we never get tired of this walk, you can stop & have a cuppa ☕️ & cake 🍰 at one of the many local cafes🩵…then head back to our lovely caravan.

Hello June💛…the perfect weather for a beach day☀️…

Super warm & a lovely breeze for our morning walk, it was low tide so we walked along the Gannel riverbed to Penpol💛..the food scavenger (aka Bella!) wasn’t allowed a treat🦴 from Cargo Coffee because she spent yesterday on a drip💧at animal hospital! A dip in the river to cool down was perfect😍.

When it’s low tide you can walk from the park & walk along the river bed to the beach 🏖️😎..how incredibly lucky are we to have Crantock beach as our closest❤️? Every time we come for a walk we pinch ourselves…you can choose which house you’d buy on Millionaires Row with a lottery win💰😎…

Have breakfast🍳or lunch 🦀at The Fern Pit Cafe & take in the BEST view in Cornwall…you can walk over the river in low tide or take the ferry ⛴️ over at high tide…

The poppy fields🌺are getting ready to come into bloom soon, photos will be incoming❤️…

Holidaymakers absolutely love it here, perfect for families, couples & it’s dog friendly all year round 🐕😎…white sand, it’s like being abroad…no wonder tourists come back every year! When the tide’s out the beach is huge😎..amazing sand dunes & the sunsets are🌅🧡…

How many beaches🏖️have a tidal river? The Gannel runs into the sea 🌊, fabulous for paddle boarding, kayaking 🛶, swimming 🏊🏻‍♀️ & when it’s low tide is perfect for children to play in, great for crabbing🦀…the beach is a favourite for surfers🏄‍♀️, you can have lessons with the fab guys at Big Green Adventures who are based in the beach car park 🅿️….

Cargo Coffee is a quirky army truck 🛻on the beach which is run by the loveliest ladies💗…selling the best coffee ☕️,cakes🧁, sandwiches🥪& ice creams🍦…they will keep you fed & watered…

The BEST Sunday🩵…perfect weather☀️…a leisurely walk with friends, then lunch with a sea view🌊🩵….we walked from Pentire down to Fistral which was absolutely buzzing🩵….so many surfers🏄‍♂️& families enjoying the glorious sunshine☀️..the dogs had a nice swim & paddle..

Lunch🥘at Oceanside Newquay superb as usual👌🏻…definitely worth a visit.

☀️Very low tide so most of our walk was on the Gannel riverbed💙…Bella loves going in the pools & river💙…the sun’s☀️so warm today, it really is paradise…the beach has white powder sand so you can walk barefoot, heaven😎!

Hazy sunshine☀️on this mornings walk from L***y Glaze to Newquay harbour. We’ve never seen the sea 🌊 quite this colour before in Newquay🩵…the sea mist🌫️came in, and 5 minutes inland it’s blue sky…

Where else in the world 🌍 can you walk across 4 beaches🏝️on one walk? 5 if very low tide ….from Porth beach right over to the harbour….

We have a micro climate here in Cornwall…if it’s raining on one coast it’s more often than not sunny☀️on the opposite coast 😎….May is just beautiful with all the colours🌸🌼….

We nearly always go up on the coastal path at Perranporth, & with the spring flowers carpeting it, it really is beautiful🌸…you get the best views & rarely bump into anyone, perfect 🙌🏻…

About 10 minutes drive from our Wi******er it’s a fabulous walk…about 4 miles when low tide from one end to the other & back😎…we nearly always head to The Watering Hole after our walk☕️🍰…Bella & Bonnie(her BDF)know ALL of the cafes & pubs in Cornwall so head straight to them😁🫣…your dogs will LOVE our beaches🏖️💙…

Our Wi******er is a really lovely 40x13ft static caravan, you could be taking your morning walk on this very beach🏖️…October is still warm here, we’re usually still in shorts🩳 & flip flops🩴. Winter is quiet, long beach walks, pub lunch 🥘, then head back to our cosy caravan…

The best way to start your day is with an amazing breakfast 🍳🥓🍅🍽️…and this was🙌🏻… if there was ever a true success story The Cornish Barista is one…

We 1st discovered The Cornish Barista 4 years ago, the U.K. had gone into the 1st lockdown. A post came up on our village page from a young couple who turned what was a terrible time into an enterprising business move.
Hospitality and tourism was on its knees and this lovely couple decided to deliver their homemade cake boxes 🍰 all over Cornwall….so we ordered a box to cheer ourselves up🥰…we had a knock on the door and Ashley left our cakes on the doorstep with a huge smile..we had a brief chat and we said, you’ll be a huge success.

Fast forward and they have last week opened their 2nd cafe and also still have their van out selling cakes 🍰 and coffee☕️….

This is without a doubt one of the best breakfasts we’ve had. They have a cafe near Falmouth/Helston and the new one in Penrose, Truro. The new cafe’s stunning and the outside area overlooks beautiful water gardens…they’ve absolutely nailed it and you won’t receive a lovelier Cornish welcome and fabulous food🥰….

We highly recommend paying these guys a visit, we could not be happier for their success❤️…

The weather here today is just perfect☀️😎…Every single time we walk around the corner on Holywell beach or over the sand dunes, Gull Rocks 🪨🪨take our breath away💙…a short drive from the park it’s one of the most unspoiled beaches🏝️in Cornwall.

💙You can walk from Crantock on the coastal path, or over the common & down the side of the golf course onto the sand dunes (about 1.5 miles)…we promise you the views are just👌🏻💙!

💙With a fab new cafe ☕️🍰🍤🥓🥤🍕🥪Holywell Beach Bar recently opened you can enjoy refreshments too😎…

Welcome to all of our new followers🤍…over 600 new followers in a few days🤍!

We’re huge supporters of local Cornish businesses, especially the food types 🥞🍰🍳🥓🍕…we regularly post reviews & lots of our guests take up our recommendations & visit our favourite cafes/restaurants & pubs🍽️🥘…

Many of you will be very familiar with Sea Spray Fistral as we are partial to their yummy pancakes 🥞, breakfasts 🍳, Shakshuka, Avo toast🥑…& you can watch surfers 🏄‍♂️ on Fistral while you eat 😎…how cool is that? You’ll receive the loveliest welcome & your pups🐶will too🤍….the new Banoffee & banana 🍌🥞pancakes are to die for❤️😋!

We’ve had guests who visited SeaSpray 3 times in a week as they loved the pancakes🥞 so much😋…be aware that you will probably have to walk a lot to burn off the calories😁…luckily we have over 400 beaches🏖️and stunning coastal path walks here in Cornwall…

Bedruthan Steps is in our top 3 walks in Cornwall…no words really needed for the truly spectacular views🩵…the sea was the colour of jewels💎& a millpond. The sea pinks🌸are really coming out now on the coastal paths, we just love this time of year 💗…

Our walk with our lovely friends from Trerice Holiday Barns was about 5 miles, it’s very steep in parts but wow 😮so worth it! A big bonus is that at the end of your walk you can eat cake 🍰at the NT cafe….we’re all about the food here in Kernow 😋🤣…

About 15 minutes drive from Crantock we highly recommend visiting, you can park🚙 in the NT car park. Walk down to Mawgan Porth beach🏝️, and you can walk to Off the Path Coffee Company for brunch😋…
