Shepherd's Hut #2

Stunning off-grid Shepherd Huts with wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm, and a comfy double bed and sofa. Each hut has its own 'kitchen hut' with all you need in a basic camping kitchen. Alongside each hut is your own wood-fired hot tub. A compost toilet and gas shower are shared between the two huts. Rural, romantic, country setting, great for couples or the sole traveller wishing to unwind and re-charge.

Escape from the pressures of day to day life, relax and unwind in one of these beautiful shepherd huts. The huts are off-grid with a solar lighting system and usb plugs. Situated in North-Cornwall on an organic smallholding, close to the coast with lots of great walks nearby and handy for all local attractions. An abundance of wildlife and horses will keep you company.

NB: The hot tubs will need to be booked in advance at a charge of £30 per time.

I’ve been running my own successful holiday cottage for the last three and a half years and have helped friends and family set up numerous others. I have worked in various roles in the tourism and marketing industry and can help with all sides from property descriptions, legislation, welcome books, amenities and more…..

If you need some help our sister company Coastal cleaning service can take care of your change overs, linen, hot tub maintenance, window cleaning and garden services.

There are no contract restrictions.

We are here to offer advice to help you in all aspects of hosting.

We charge 10% commission plus VAT (on the commission not the entire booking) on all bookings made through our platform.

You’ll receive payment in the 24 hours after the guest has checked in.

CCR are a small but very dedicated and passionate team, we know Cornwall and we know this industry.

We have lots of the usual advertising plans in place but also some slightly more ‘out of the box one’s planned’ – no one can call us boring!

You’ll be supporting a small local Cornish business who use local services and staff.

We know people! Plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, fudge and gin suppliers and more. We have tried and tested all the services we recommend so they come with a CCR stamp of approval.
