In St Mawgan village (just a 2 minute drive, or a beautiful 30 min walk through fields) there is local gift shop, Post Office and lovely tea rooms, Falcon Inn and church over looking the village green. There is a cash machine in the Post Office - free of charge. Padstow offers a great seafood choice with a number of Rick Stein restaurants to choose from, tasty pasties and cream teas. A quaint, busy fishing harbour, with amazing views over the camel estuary. Bike hire is available here, great fun family day out, cycling as far as you wish along the camel trail. A variety of supermarkets in Newquay town, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Aldi and Lidl. On line shopping and delivery available from selected supermarkets. Banks, cash points, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants offering a good choice of food to suit everyone's taste! Local cinema, harbour, fantastic beaches - and of course the surf capital of the UK! Truro City is approx 17 miles, with its elegant cathedral, a good choice of shops, cinema and restaurants and park and ride.
