☀️We’ve had some super sunny days during October and the forecast is looking great too ☀️

🏝️ Today we headed to our local beach Crantock. It’s just a 5 minute drive from the park. It’s a stunning golden sandy beach surrounded by sand dunes and is dog friendly all year round 🏝️🐾

🌊 When it’s low tide you can walk along the beach by the River Gannel We did this today and walked back along the coast path. This time of year it’s perfect for walkers and dogs 🌊🥾🐶

🏄‍♀️ We are in a perfect location to explore all of Cornwall, most places are within an hours drive away. Newquay, a favourite seaside town is less than 3 miles away, with an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy beaches. 🏄‍♀️

☀️Another sunny Saturday, we’ve had some fabulous blue skies, sparkling turquoise seas and sunny sunshine these last few weeks. Autumn has been amazing so far☀️

🩵 Today we did our favourite Saturday afternoon walk, South Fistral to Newquay Harbour. It’s a lovely coastal walk across Fistral beach 🩵

🩴 The beach was buzzing today with families, dogs and surfers as it’s still warm in the sunshine and the sea is a good temperature too. Flip flops and shorts are a must still 🩴

🌊 At the moment when it’s low tide, St Cuthbert’s Cave at Holywell Bay is easy to access, no rocks to climb, they’ve all been covered by the sand which is unbelievable, the ocean is just amazing 🌊

🏞️ The cave is at the far end of the beach, towards the right if you’re looking out to sea. We visited again today, It really is a spectacular place to go and see. Try and find it the next time you stay with us 🏞️

🐶 We have 2 spaniels Jessie 13 and Rafa 1. They both love exploring Cornwall. Jessie loves the sand dunes and coast path. Rafa loves the beaches and the sea ☀️🌊🐾

🌊 Today we walked over Pentire Headland and above Crantock and the River Gannel before walking down to Fistral. The sea was sparkling in the sunshine 🌊

☀️ Sunny sunny Saturday afternoons at Fistral are becoming a regular thing ☀️🌊🐾🏝️

🌊 Today the sea was calm and we had a very low tide, we could even walk along the beach from Fistral onto Little Fistral 🌊

☀️💙☀️Sunny sunny September - Padstow ☀️💙☀️

🚙 We headed over to Padstow today, it’s just over a 30 minute drive away from Trevella Park 🚙

🏡 Padstow is a lovely coastal town with a beautiful harbour. It’s surrounded by stunning
sandy beaches and is part of The Camel Trail 🏡🛥️🏝️🚲

🏝️ We had a wander round the harbour and shops and then went for a walk along the beach. The tide was just going out so we had miles of golden sand to walk on 🏝️🐾🩴

🛥️ There are boat trips available in the Harbour and you can also catch the ferry across to Rock 🛥️

🚲 The start and end point for The Camel Trail is in Padstow and you can hire bikes here and cycle to Wadebridge or further on to Bodmin 🚲

🛍️ There are lots of lovely shops to wander round and plenty of
pubs and restaurants for food and drink too 🛍️🍕🍻🍟🍷🥪
