HEALING RETREATS
Reconnect with your body and soul, regain peace of mind and balance

About this Event
The Healing Retreats will be held in a small holiday cottage near Newquay, Cornwall. They are fully inclusive and are suitable for 4 people or 2 couples and 2 others.

The retreats involve reconnecting with your body through basic spiritual, physical and breathing techniques, reconnecting with the land as you will be taken on pilgrimages to sacred sites to connect with nature and the ancestry of the land. You will learn to develop introspection. Meals are plant based and will be prepared and eaten together to further our connection. 1-2-1 sessions for healing will be allocated during your stay.

All you need to do is come along with the appropriate clothing, a notebook and pen and an open mind and heart.



Our next healing retreat will be from 4pm on the 24th November 2023 to 6pm on the 26th November 2023 at a cost of £195pp.
