Bookings and Payment:
Payments to Ballynahatten Cottage will be paid through bank transfer. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 28 days before arrival. If full payment is not paid within 28 days of your arrival I will have no option but to cancel your booking. Should a booking be made less than 28 days from arrival date then full payment is required. Cancellation Policy:
Please contact us immediately should you wish to cancel your reservation. In all cases of cancellation the booking deposit will not be refundable. Cancellation needs to be advised via email, phone or through facebook. Ballynahatten Cottage does not operate any scheme of cancellation or travel insurance and would recommend that you obtain your own insurance cover for the holiday. Arrival and Departure:
The cottages is available from 3pm on arrival day and should be vacated no later than 11am on the final day of your stay. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time prior to your stay. Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for the cottage is stated on our page and must not be exceeded without our prior knowledge and agreement. Ballynahatten Cottage reserve the right to take appropriate action against anyone failing to act in a responsible manner. We do ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 11pm. No Smoking Policy:
Ballynahatten Cottage operates a non smoking or va**ng policy inside the cottages. Please do not smoke directly outside open doors or windows. Car Parking:
There is car parking available for holiday residents. Please park vehicles in a manner which is considerate to others who are accessing the site. Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the cottage and are expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday. Please remove all used bedding and put into laundry baskets provided in each bedroom as well as used towels, drying cloths etc. All bins in each room must be emptied and put in the outside bin at the end of your stay. You are also responsible for any breakages or damage to the cottages or its contents, or for any loss of equipment whilst being occupied by you. All such incidents must be notified to Ballynahatten Cottage immediately. Disclaimer:
