Snuggle season is here!
I've been filling the log store today, so there are plenty of logs to fuel the fires in the snug and living room to keep guests cosy. You can't get more atmospheric in winter than a real log fire 🔥

It still feels a bit early for the Christmas decorations but festive feels are sneaking in with this fab smelling Christmas candle. It's the perfect accompaniment to a glass of red wine by the fire 🔥

Bérénice and Franck had their elopement in the Seapink Cottage garden during their stay with their guests. Big thanks to for organising 🙌

We've hosted elopements, just for the wedding couple, in the .cabin but this is the first time that both properties have been booked together.

Our downstairs bedroom is looking lovely and cosy, thanks to change in window dressings. The old shutters have gone and been replaced with fresh blinds and soft, blackout curtains.

This bedroom is a twin and can also be made up as a superking. It's ideal for older members of the family who can't mange the stairs, and the bathroom is also on the ground floor.

Beautiful blue skies here today 💙

You wouldn't think, from looking at Seapink Cottage from the front, that there would be space for 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and utility room!! But step through the front door and the cottage just keeps on going, providing space for all the family or a gathering of friends.

Seapink Cottage is ideal for a family get together and with one bedroom and the bathroom downstairs, it's great for older relatives who prefer to be on one level, rather than tackling stairs. The beds can be set up as two singles or put together to make a super king. Just let us know when you book.

There's something fishy going on in the Seapink kitchen!!

We recently bought this fab little guy, made by , in an art auction to raise money for and he looks brilliant above the new shelves.

I think he really needs a name though! Any ideas?

The final piece of the kitchen mini revamp is up on the wall now 🕑

I'm very honoured that Seapink Cottage is hosting a tide clock! The scene at the top moves with the tide so guests will know when is a good time to hit the beach and the sea. The lighthouse even flashes (I've somehow managed to time my photo to catch the flash!).

I can imagine it will be a big talking point for guests and they will be as enthralled to watch the tide rise and fall on the clock as I am.

The kitchen has had a mini makeover this week and I can't believe how much cosier it feels with just the addition of a splashback and shelves.

The old oven and ceramic hob have been replaced by a nice shiny new oven and induction hob so it's all feeling fresh and ready for the next guests and the busy season ahead.

There's also something very exciting coming to the kitchen soon. Keep an eye out to find out what it could be!

The double bedroom has had a refresh over the past couple of weeks. There's a fresh coat of paint on the walls, a shiny new, double glazed window, and gorgeous new blackout curtains. It's probably the cosiest room in the house now and all ready for our Easter weekend guests.
