Good evening from NE HQ.

We like to announce that we have now brought KING CABS into the NE TAXIS family.

Apologies for those who feel they may have been left in the dark over this it’s all happened very quickly.

Anyway let me give you a short insight as to why this has happened, NE TAXIS came about in 2016 offering a “local” service for North Tyneside offering “local” drivers with knowledge of the area. Providing a call taker to answer your calls 24/7 so you’ll never be speaking to a machine. Customer care and passenger safety are our number 1 priority.

Back to September 2023 along came KING CABS also offering the same “local” service with the same “local” driver guarantee.

Our vision is to create one slightly bigger “LOCAL” office bringing all the guarantees both companies promised without having to lose the “LOCAL” feel.

KING CABS still trades and you’ll still see the same drivers and vehicles all this means is at peak times where you may have been told no car or nothing for 30 mins we can now get you a car and in good time.
