Christmas hours: we close midnight Christmas Eve and midnight Christmas Day.

Bookings: We will have bookings available from 06:00am Christmas morning however these are PRE BOOKED only our call centre will not be manned until 10:00am so if you need anything before 10:00am get it in now ☎️ 01914321000

Tariffs: There is an additional charge of £3.00 on every job on the following days:

Christmas Eve

Boxing Day until 05:00am on 27th December

New Years Eve right the way through until 05:00am on the 2nd January

CHRISTMAS DAY is double tariff, all our meters in the vehicles will reflect this so you still only pay what’s on the meter

Dear valued customers we have changed our tarrifs slightly starting from today 6pm onwards. Like always we are constantly moving with the times and the fares unfortunately must move with them. So the weekend tariff that we used to have from 9pm onwards will now come into effect from 6pm Friday until 6am Monday and also a slight increase of 10p per mile midweek, thank you for your continued support and choosing NE Taxis.

To all all lovely wonderful customers in and around the NE28 area, especially those in Hadrian Park and Battlehill I’m sure your all aware of the situation on the jolly bowman round about with resurface works, not sure who planned the road works or the lights but that’s for another story, please please bare with us I’ve literally myself just drove over that round about and took me 17 mins more than would normally. Hopefully this is only for the next couple nights but last few nights including tonight appears to be an absolute disaster.

Thanks for your patience please allow extra time for travelling especially Hadrian park residents.
