So that is the caravan closed for now.
She needs to be spruced up again for next year!
I will see you at the open day on the 30th of September.
I will also be doing cake runs down to benbecula every month and you will see me at pop ups over the winter.
Some more new ideas starting this winter so please pop along and see me on the 30th or watch my posts.

✨️ End of summer season ✨️

Our last day of our 2024 summer season will be Thursday 26th September.

We will then close for a short break and reopen for the October school holidays before moving to our winter opening hours for November and December (days/hours to be confirmed).

Thank you all so much for visiting Coralbox this year, it has been so wonderful to see both regular and new faces to Coralbox. It really means the world that I can still live and work here on Berneray and it is thanks to all your continued support to both Coralbox and I 🙂

⚠Please be aware from 09:00 tomorrow (Wed 21 August) to 15:00 Thursday afternoon, the Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for rain for the Outer Hebrides. The heavy rain will be accompanied by strong winds⚠💨🌧

❌This may mean that ferries ⛴are liable to disruption or cancellation at short notice. Keep and eye on CalMac Ferries service status

🚲If you are cycling or walking the be aware of the strength of the wind gusts especially in exposed spots

⛺If you are planning to camp, then you might want to think about alternatives or at least make sure you camp in a sheltered spot

🌊Be careful near the coast where waves may overtop and be alert for flooding along roads

👀Keep a close eye on the weather - sometimes it is not as bad as forecast suggests, but it is generally pretty accurate

To cheer myself up after yesterday's chaos, I went on a sea glass treasure hunt in the pouring rain and look at the haul I got rewarded with ✨️

A stormy & wet week ahead, we will be open as usual: Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 5.00pm
