We would like to wish all our previous guests, and hopefully future guests a happy new year.
After being busy over the Christmas period, now is the time to start the maintenance ready for the year ahead!
It was a little windy and rainy on the beach today, but it didnt stop Lesta enjoying his favourite place.

What a glorious October day, perfect for doggie walking along a beautiful, deserted, all year round dog friendly beach, 2 minutes walk from our chalet.

We are pleased to say our 2nd charity donation has happened. Again it was an auction for a free 3 night stay in Beachideaway.

We were again blown away by the winning bid, this time of £500, for Loros, a hospice in Leicester.

This followed the 1st auction that raised £400 for Brain Tumour Research.

Both of these charities do unbelievable work, so to be able to have raised £900 between them is a great privilege.

A massive thank you to all that bid, and to the people who organised the two events.

A very blustery overcast walk today, but on days like this, it was literally one man and his dog on the beach! These really are some of the nicest times to walk.
Also, as always, did my bit to keep our lovely beach clean, and help prevent wildlife getting trapped, today picking up these 4 helium balloons, with long strings/ribbons attached that were either blown onto, or discarded on the beach. It only takes seconds to pick them up and dispose of them 👍

Yesterday evening on the beach, the reason we are so happy living in Norfolk. If anyone wants to sample this simple delight, why not book beachideaway for a few nights, our chalet a 2 minute walk, through a private entrance onto an all year round dog friendly beach. Obviously these pics were taken at the height of summer, and look how empty the beach is!

Beautiful early morning walk, how lovely to be able to stroll to the beach without using a car. A 12 month dog friendly beach with direct access from the site. We are pleased to say the new flooring is complete throughout, giving the chalet a more homely feel than the old ceramic tiles, just in time for our guests over Christmas and New Year.

We would also like to take this opportunity to wish all our guests, new, old (and those that don't even realise they might be guests in the future 😀) a very merry Christmas

Walking today and came across this beautiful little seal, at the bottom of the steps from Rainbows End, no injuries, just ashore for a rest, local seal watch notified.

Chalet emptied ready for our latest improvement which is happening over the next few days, all done to enhance our guests experience at Beachideaway.
