Swallows Rest 2 bedroom,Sleeps4/5,private Pool🏊‍♀️stables🐎 & an ideal rural/coastal hol in Edingthorpe N Norfolk. Lodge gets very warm from May-September inside. Under 2s.

-Owner managed and cleaned.

-Toddlers and younger children MUST be supervised at all times ( deep pond behind the lodge and horses on site)
# 2bedrooms. No dog in bedrooms or on beds please (carpeted)
-1 Kingsize divan bedroom.
-Double divan bedroom (with a single divan bed also)
-Pillow and mattress protectors are on beds.

ilet,sink,shaver socket. (no dogs in bath please)

# Large wild garden with netted fishpond. (Owner feeds fish daily.)
facing patio area(decking leading down from living area patio doors)4 chairs supplied and table
2 sun loungers. Fencing is 1.2 metres tall.
1-2 Car spaces in front of lodge. More at tennis court
-Swimming pool available in the afternoons. 2-30 pm -5 pm
court available with 4 rackets and balls. (£1 charge for any lost balls)
sometimes comes Tuesday 10-30 till 12-30.
#3-4 minutes drive to Walcott Sandy beach
dog staying at Swallows Rest Must not be left in lodge alone ,or be off lead on the grounds and please be clean on entry.Large crate if needed. Cover all sofas please and chair and no dog in bedrooms or on beds. Bring your own throws and towels for your dog. Thankyou

-Bosch slim dishwasher
-bosch fridge freezer
-Microwave/toaster /kettle.
-Bosch Tassimo Coffee machine. (I don’t supply pods sorry)
-Pots/ pans ,crockery, cutlery,glasses,bowls,cafetière. Teapot.
-4/5 place dining
-2 large 3 seater sofas,1 large chair(please cover sofas and chairs if you do bring a small dog )
Not everyone that stays has a dog.
-smart tv WiFi available
If you know your Netflix passwords etc please bring them.
- Vacuum cleaner.
-A hairdryer.
-An electric cooling fan.
-Bosch Washing machine -2 wash pods supplied.(NO dog bedding or towels please)
-linen line outside.pegs
-Iron and ironing board.
-INCLUDED. All linen for beds ( dorma / joules / next )
-Egyptian Cotton bath towels/ hand towel and flannels (Not for use at the beach or for your dog)
Swim towels
-2 bath mats supplied.
-Oven gloves and 2 cotton tea towels.
-Black sacks for rubbish and recycling bins.PLEASE RECYCLE CORRECTLY- I will charge for sorting your rubbish.
-Bathroom bin
-Shower Gel/Radox bath soak. toilet rolls,fairy washing up liquid,scourer and microfibre dishcloth. Dishwasher pods
-Coffee Nescafé /teabags PG tips/sugar. Hot chocolate &Coffee mate
-Salt and black pepper and a little cooking oil. Herbs,pasta, bread /milk /eggs /butter .Ice cubes

Waitrose,Sainsbury’s and Lidl are only 5 mins away! Costa coffee and petrol station too.

£120 per couple per night
£40 for second couple
£15 each per child per night. No charge. Travel cot if needed.

Friday night is fire night!

The Elk room fire is busy, the dining room is filled with chatter and laughter, glasses are clinking, there's lots of happy guests.

Aberdeen Angus ribs of beef, Gunton Red deer rumps, South Creake pork chops, Gunton venison sausages, 10oz Sirloin steaks, goose fat roasties, mash, onion gravy, Bearnaise are all taking up space on the fire and the smell is incredible.
