l Park, and ideally situated between the pretty seaside village of Sandsend and the quaint fishing town of Whitby (with both being less than five minutes drive away). The cottage also benefits from private parking right outside the front door.

Brand new kitchen now finished!

It’s been lovely working in the cottage with the winter sun streaming in!

Howdens quartz worktops and Chilcomb solid wood cabinets finished off with Little Greene slaked lime walls.

Some of you internet Scientists guessed it and we were Yellow with excitement - last week we were honoured to host Coldplay recording for Radio 1's Big Weekend of Live Music 2021 here at the abbey.

The event will air over 120 live performances over 3 days, and this Friday 28 May you can tune in to see a great show with the stunning Whitby Abbey as the backdrop.
