If I can ask my lovely followers to like and share that would be amazing. I’m taking in a charity marathon for Prostate Cancer UK so awareness is so important but if you can afford to donate that would also be incredible too

I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK by taking part in Run the Month: Marathon Edition in January.

Run the Month for Prostate Cancer UK Update - I have started the month with extra walks hoping to build up to a jog/run the end of this week.
