Our cosy ‘Ferry Cottage’ in Martham is situated opposite Heigham Sound nature reserve owned by NWT, a haven for bird & wildlife.

The Norfolk Coast is just a 5 minute drive from us, where you can see all the baby seals that have been born during the winter.

On top of all that, the cottage has huge picture windows and a toasty wood burner - a real slice of heaven.

No trip to the Norfolk Broads is complete without a visit to Ranworth - just 15 minutes drive from our holiday homes in Neatishead. Climb the tower at St Helens church & enjoy spectacular views over the Malthouse & Ranworth Broads, the ‘Rood’ screen dates from the 14th century and is believed to be one of the finest in the Country. The village itself is lovely to wander around and you can enjoy lunch in the tearoom or local pub.
