Those of you that have followed my page for a while now know how much of a fan I am of Junior Bake Off and tonight see's this year's 4 finalists battle it out to be crowned the 2025 winner.
If you've never caught an episode, treat yourself ~ get comfy on the sofa with a cuppa and tune it to C4 at 5.00pm
Rav and Liam bring their expertise and passion for baking to the judging table and Harry's presence not only adds humour ~ whether he’s cracking jokes, offering words of encouragement, or sharing amusing anecdotes (not to mention his obsession with Princess Anne...) he adds an extra layer of warmth when things get a bit tense that keeps both contestants and viewers engaged.
Whether you're a seasoned baker or not, this show is exactly what baking is all about ~ having a go and having some fun in the process. Making something and sharing it with your family & friends. The pride the young bakers have on completing their bakes is infectious, who cares if the cake face-planted the floor or more of the chocolate is on their face & apron than in their bake ~ it's about more than that. I for one will be tuned in tonight..... 😍

A birthday box of Classic Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes ~ soft fluffy sponge topped with a rose swirl of Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with dainty sprinkles. I never tire of making these little beauties & still love to grab my piping bag and get swirling! I wonder just how many swirls I've done over the last 15 years????? 🤔 x
