Come and stay at my large, beautiful farmhouse in North Norfolk. Set in 50 acres of my working equestrian farm. I can offer accommodation for 10 adults in 5 bedrooms. 3 are en suite but there is also a beautiful family bathroom and a shower room so each bedroom has access to their own facilities.

We are situated in a peaceful rural setting with wonderful bird and wildlife on the farm. However, we are 18 minutes from the nearest beach; 20
Minutes from the North Norfolk Coast; 5 miles from the Norfolk Broads and 6
Miles from our beautiful city of Norwich which is a mixture of modern and Roman architecture. I offer this accommodation for adults and children over the age of 12 years. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to dog hair so unfortunately cannot accept pets.

I have given notice to Sykes Cottages regarding my farmhouse. It will be on their calendar until July and then it will be marketed privately. 5 upstairs bedrooms with a possible option of a downstairs with an en suite. Situated in the peace and tranquility of my 50 acre farm. All year round availability including weekend or mid week breaks (min 3 nights stay). We cater for adults and children 12 years and over. Sorry cannot accommodate pets and we don’t host hen or stag parties. Wedding parties however, are welcome. Christmas 2024 is available but Easter & New year are booked. Could I please ask a big favour from all of you who have a holiday property. Mine is a 5 bed farmhouse and the electricity company estimated that I use 39000 KW hours of electricity per annum. A normal household use 12.5 kw hours per annum ( based on a family of 4) and my property is only let out between 8-10 weeks per year. I am fighting bills to the tune of £25k and wondered if any of you could give me an idea of your usage. My water is heated by oil, my heating is electric panel radiators. I would appreciate any information on a similar size property. Thank you

I have an opportunity for a local gardner to maintain the grounds of my holiday properties here at Grange Farm, one day per week. Duties would include mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge trimming and restoring the flower borders.

Our busiest few weeks of the season so far. A mad rush to cut, bale and cart our hay as well as getting all four holiday properties cleaned, ready for the 20 guests we now have in. All worked out rather well.

There's an amazing event taking place at National Trust Blickling Estate tomorrow (19 May) commemorating the anniversary of the beheading of England's most famous Queen. There will be a costumed procession down the drive by the Living History Team. Blickling Estate was in the possession of the Boleyn family and home to Thomas Boleyn and his wife Elizabeth between 1499 and 1505. Find out more: https://bit.ly/AnneBoleynWalk

Nearly completed; The Annexe at Grange Farm. Self contained 1 bed apartment with en suite, walk in closet, utility room, galley kitchen, lounge/diner. Beautifully refurbished. Just waitinf for the delivery of the sofa and we will be open for business.

Getting very excited as the Annexe at Grange Farm is in the final stages of completion. A self contained 1 bed property with a large double bedroom (the bed has a TV at it’s foot) en suite and French Doors which open out onto a small patio area. The lounge diner comprises a fully fitted kitchen with oven; hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Utility room with fridge freezer; lounge area has a corner woodburner; Skyglass Tv and a dining table for two. All designed for a romantic weekend away (or a 7 day stay) for two people. A huge thank you to my brilliant builder Carl Bryant and his son Josh. Carl has worked with me since 2008 so I have 6 properties that he has renovated for me during that time. Photos will follow and we hope that it will be available on Sykes Cottages website once the property is live which should be just after Easter

If they go ahead, I will be pleased for those who booked in 2019 and have moved their dates months ahead, only to be in the middle of another lockdown. We are receiving. Lot of bookings for 2021. If you want a peaceful, rural holiday, I have a choice of 3 properties. Two are 2 bedroom and the big farmhouse sleeps 10 at the moment but we are working on a ground floor bedroom and enjoy suite. Please pm me for further details.
