Oh what a night! Last night we joined tourism businesses from across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire to celebrate all that is wonderful about our brilliant industry in this incredible region at the East of England Tourism Awards 2022-23.
Six of our amazing member attractions were finalists across the 13 award categories and we couldn’t be prouder and more delighted for them all.
New Tourism Business of the Year – CONGRATULATIONS to BugzUK for scooping the silver award.
Accessible and Inclusive Tourism Award – CONGRATULATIONS to Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park and Watatunga Wildlife Reserve on their silver and bronze awards.
Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism Award – CONGRATULATIONS to Hippersons Boatyard on their bronze award.
Self Catering Accommodation of the Year - CONGRATULATIONS to Hippersons Boatyard on their bronze award.
Experience of the Year - CONGRATULATIONS to PrimEvil on winning this award.
Small Visitor Attraction of the Year - CONGRATULATIONS to Watatunga Wildlife Reserve for winning this award, and also to BugzUK for their silver award.
Large Visitor Attraction of the Year - CONGRATULATIONS to Bewilderwood Norfolk and ROARR for their silver and bronze awards.
We know what makes a Great Day Out and the Small Visitor Attraction of the Year award recognises small visitor attraction businesses providing truly memorable visitor experiences and demonstrating excellence across every aspect of the business.
