🎄 Christmas Puddings 🎄

Our first batch of 50lb of homemade Christmas pudding is now made and maturing ready for our December dessert menu. This year we have gone with a boozy, festive flavour bomb of Guinness, Beavertown Gamma Ray, brandy and Norfolk Dark Spice Rum.

This will be available throughout December as part of our festive dessert line up (they will also be available boxed up for you to enjoy at home on Christmas day as a perfect little gift 😉)

We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen team at The Fox Steakhouse.

A great opportunity for the right person, commercial kitchen experience required and the ability to work at a good pace on own initiative and as part of a small team. The role would involve working directly alongside our head chef and CDP working the grill/stove/pass during service along with morning prep. Ultimately being able to lead the service on some shifts in our busy kitchen. A keen eye for presentation essential and the right person will be encouraged to contribute ideas. A great opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team with a competitive rate of pay reflective of experience and training required along with an equal share of tips. Shifts will include evenings and weekends. Own transport and being relatively local essential due to our location just north of Norwich (some split shifts would be required).
