Happy Easter to all our Little Goat followers 🐣🐣🐣 Spring is in the air and
we’re getting the campers all polished and ready for this weekend’s holiday getaway. First off this morning is Billy. The sun’s not out yet but the forecast looks good for the bank holiday weekend and our VW campervan is off to beautiful North Wales ⛰️⛰️⛰️

Thinking of travelling abroad and don’t want to leave your dog behind? Last month, we took one of the campers over to France to see just how easy it is to travel with man’s best friend 🐶. As long as your vet’s completed the necessary paperwork and your pooch has had their rabies vaccine then travelling over to the continent is pretty straight forward. We toured the coast of South-West France for a few days and just before heading home, paid a trip to a French vet in order to get the necessary worming treatment and authorisation to travel back into the UK (which we arranged beforehand). The whole experience was very positive and our dog loved it. If you’re thinking about hiring a motorhome or campervan to travel to Europe and want to take your dog, the LGC team are here to advise you 🚐🐶🙂

Today we are at Filey Brigg road-testing our brand new IBEX2 Burstner Motorhome before it goes out on rental.
Filey Brigg is also the end point for the Cleveland Way. Tomorrow, we will be retracing our steps from 2018 and walking the final part of the route.

We have safely arrived at our campervan site for the first of three nights at Marstow near Ross on Wye, close to the England and Wales border. It is a lovely afternoon to set up site in a quiet spot near the trickling waters of Garron Brook.

Tomorrow I am planning the big walk of the trip, featuring Goodrich Castle and the River Wye.
