Good evening 🌇

Just wanted to pop a quick post on to say that things are really really busy at the moment and I’m struggling to get back to everyone in my working day, I’m starting at 8.30am and not finishing till 8pm and still not enough hours lol. I think the time has come to clone me lol 😂 although I’m not sure what my family would say 🙈 😃

I’m just wanting to reassure you that if your still waiting for quotes from me , I promise your on my list and will not be missed, the day to day admin is huge these days the busier I am , which is great & im so grateful but it’s also a challenge lol , so ensuring all existing customers are looked after is so important but equally important are my new customers 💛 so please if I do take a little longer than normal to get back to you or send your quote , if you could bear with me I would appreciate it.
Some enquiries/bookings/admin do take longer than others, but I promise you I work fairly and try my best to keep you updated .

I asked Natasha at the 11th hour if she could sort me a holiday as a solo traveller and stipulated what I wanted and that I had very little time to deal with anything apart from turning up at the airport and going!

She sorted me just what I was after however I never read any documents so when I got to the airport in Spain, I was in a little bit of a pickle.

It was first thing Saturday morning so I text her. She wasn’t even at work yet she promptly rang me, walked me through downloading an app (that I should’ve done already) and made all things well.

The accommodation was spot on and she sorted literally everything for me so I could simply enjoy my holiday hassle free.

Where did it all begin for me 👩🏼‍💻💛☀️🌎

👩🏼‍💻✈️ Did you know that prior to being self employed that I worked for TUI for over 20 years ?

I started at Lunn Poly as a YT (apprenticeship) 🥰 age 16, I left school on the Friday and started on the Monday 💛

I was a store manger by the age of 19 and then proceeded to manage multiple stores , I also became an NVQ trainer within the company, I had the best regional sales mangers 🥰 who I still am in contact with now, I will forever be grateful to them for seeing in me what I didn’t see in myself.

I went on to win many awards 🏅 but my moment was winning shop of the year with my fabulous team, we were the dream team ☀️❤️💙💛 you know who you are …..

I have been fortunate that before I had my beautiful baby “George, my hero 🦸🏻‍♂️ 💙🌈” I travelled the world 🌎 how lucky have I been, I know this and am so grateful for some of the best travel years of my life ……..

I only left to be with my family as I knew my life had huge changes for me that would impact so much loss 💔💙🌈 & that I would be forever heartbroken 💔

But then this opportunity comes along again to me in March 2021 🌎 an angel believed in me and this is when I took the bravest step 🎵 to be my own boss, work my own hours and do a job that is never just a job to me, it’s my passion , it’s all I’ve ever known and I’m so proud of my forever growing business, if only my Ebonie wanted to follow in my footsteps but she doesn’t 😂, she wants to produce music or be a meteorologist ☔️ ☀️

Good Morning ☀️

I hope you’ve all had a lovely spring bank week, it’s gone so fast and so much has happened in my life again lol 😂 I definitely need to write a book 📕

So I am now in a new place & this is where I will be until our house build is finished 🏡 longest house build ever lol 😂 however, we are all settled and my office is all set up and ready to go again, I have amazing views and can also see my new house now everyday, not sure if that’s going to be a good thing lol as I’ll be project managing silently from here 😆🏡

Ok , so Just to confirm that I will be back in the office from tomorrow PM , as I’ve got an appointment in the morning which I can’t change, I’ll be going through all
My messages and emails and will be contacting you if I haven’t already as I have tried to keep on top of everything & I do have a long list which I will be working through this week. 👩🏼‍💻🌎

Good Morning 🌞

Out of office is officially on 💛

I’ll be taking some time off to recharge my batteries 🪫 lol 😂 from the 22nd May to the 3rd June , I am not out of the country but I just want/ need to enjoy some time away from my desk.

💛 Existing customers & upcoming departures my personal service remains the same .

👩🏼‍💻 So my plan is to do my admin as usual which means all of my upcoming departures and existing customers will not notice as I plan to work a couple of hours each day & as always will be available for emergencies 🆘

I will be not taking any new enquiries/customers now until the 3rd June , I have to do this so that I can take a break as I literally could work 24 hours a day now lol 😂

I will be fully back on the 3rd June for all new enquiries and customers so please do feel free to message me as you will still get my holiday enquiry form & I will have access to my messages so will acknowledge you but I won’t start the enquiry until I am back 💛👩🏼‍💻🌏✈️
