I’m currently In Fuerteventura kindly being hosted by the IBEROSTAR Palace Fuerteventura for a quick bout of vitamin sun it’s a good choice. Did I say that at times my job can be rather tough? The last few days have been far from tough! I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed in my life. Whilst a little tricky to reach it so worth it. As much or as little to do as you want - rainforest and beach, top top quality food including Michelin Star Chefs along with outstanding friendly service from every single team member. No wonder it’s in the top 50 hotels in the world…. One&Only Mandarina - you did not disappoint!!!
