Any specific complaint should be sent to our customer service team at [email protected] in order to be treated efficiently. Trams run from every 7 minutes to and from the city centre and we’ve 7 FREE Park and Ride sites providing over 5,000 car parking

spaces. Further detailed timetable information is available on our popular website at www.thetram.net along with our helpful journey planner.
