Any specific complaint should be sent to our customer service team at [email protected] in order to be treated efficiently. Trams run from every 7 minutes to and from the city centre and we’ve 7 FREE Park and Ride sites providing over 5,000 car parking

spaces. Further detailed timetable information is available on our popular website at www.thetram.net along with our helpful journey planner. Please note that improvements are being made to the network on Sunday 26th January 2025.

There will be no service between Wilkinson Street and The Forest, but a replacement bus service will run every 10 minutes.

The following tram stops will be closed: Noel Street, Beaconsfield Street, Shipstone Street, Radford Road and Hyson Green Market.

Normal service will resume on Monday 27th January 2025.
