Gloria Golf Resort - Turkey Ultra Luxury

The Gloria Golf Resort is one of a handful of Gloria hotels on the Belek waterfront. All of which pair plentiful facilities with a setting between a private sandy beach and rolling golf greens. This one, in particular, has a 45-hole course, so it’s perfect for those looking to practice their swing.

The star of the resort is the tropical outdoor scene, which brags a huge pool cocooned by greenery, and an aqua park with eight slides. Follow the sound of the waves from here and you’ll reach the beach in seconds. It’s got a generous helping of thatched parasols and loungers, plus a sunbathing jetty that juts out into the waves.

The activities and entertainment programme is a big draw here. Little ones are catered for at the daily kids’ clubs, and there’s a games room and jungle-themed play area if they fancy a day off. When the sun goes down, everyone heads to the amphitheatre for shows and live music, plus there are weekly parties with fireworks on the pier in summer.

This newly refurbished adults-only hotel (for guests aged 21 and over) is conveniently positioned in the laid-back resort of Torrenova on Majorca’s southwest coast – an ideal spot for a relaxing, warm weather escape for friends or couples. Perched overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, Mangia’s Santa Teresa Resort is loaded up with things to keep you busy during your stay. It’s less than 10 minutes’ drive from pretty Santa Teresa Gallura, too, with its idyllic beach and its charming local feel.

The hotel has snagged its own private stretch of the rocky shoreline, so expected an uninterrupted sea view, along with a host of water sports laid on by the team here that covers off the likes of windsurfing and kayaking. There’s a petite strip of sand with loungers and parasols, too, so ample opportunity for seaside sun worshipping.

Back up at the hotel, days revolve around the outdoor swimming pool – which is home to a daily line-up of activities. On top of that there’s a sports court where you can get stuck into a game of tennis, football, or volleyball.
