University Care began as an idea in early 2010 where Susan Clay was devoted to her job in care. Susan wanted to provide Care with her own ideas

Our aim is to work with other health professionals to actively encourage participation and progress through the home and community. We understand the importance of encouraging social inclusion whilst maintaining safety. We respect the rights of our service users by providing the appropriate support to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. The Registered Home Manager is Adrian Fradgley and has been in care work for 8 years, and has attained a vast and variety of experience in working with people with learning disabilities. Adrian currently has an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards an QCF Level 5.

Susan wanted to provide Care with her own ideas and felt early 2011 it was time to make that change, and began on taking the steps to create of which is now a well established Care Home and Company. Susan has showed belief, heart and desire in a professional charismatic way to guide the Company to a high standard of quality care offered today.
