We've listened to feedback that some people thought it was a nap in the pod and we're renaming our Sleep Sessions to Rest & Restore. Still the same wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating class (if you've been, you'll know what we're talking about), but more focus on the importance of rest. If you've got a class booked, no need to do anything. If you haven't tried the class yet, then we don't think you will need much of a nudge to turn inwards on this first evening of winter hours, but if you do, take a look at Rest & Restore. Turning cold grey gloom into a warm purpley haze.
