Sadly one of my guests has fallen ill before their arrival and have had to cancel. So we have an opening on Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th July. If anyone fancies a last minute break contact us and you will get a really good price for the 3 nights.

Any body looking for a wee break in January look no further. Since we are getting the roof done and there is scaffolding around the building we have taken the decision to close the flat down on booking.com for the month. So to make up for the inconvenience of our Facebook friends and followers , we have dropped our rates to £50 per night while the work is ongoing. Now we only get so many times we can close down on the site for private bookings during high season so anyone who wishes to come and stay will have to get in quick by messaging me on here.
