Made-Well is a not-for-profit community interest company providing a safe and welcoming place for all! The Made-Well Cafe We are open to the public.

Made-Well is a not-for-profit community interest company established in August 2007 which provides positive and purposeful opportunities. We reach out to all people, especially those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities mental illness and loneliness. Our site is family & dog friendly and wheelchair accessible. There is no entrance fee. We have an inclusive playground, Changing Places

toilet, animals and gardens. The services that Made-Well offers include:

- Support and enabling for young people and adults with a learning & / or physical disability or mental health condition, in a group or on a 1-1 basis. A range of sessions including farm and sheep work, animal care, café, woodwork, horticulture, life skills, cooking, arts and crafts, music, maintenance, day trips, community events and activities, sports and exercise, market days, supported employment opportunities and supported holidays. We offer a free taster day. To arrange a visit, please email [email protected]

- Pony therapy sessions, 1:1 or small group. Please contact [email protected] to book.

- Animal Club every Saturday, for all ages and abilities. Fun for the whole family or come on your own and meet others who enjoy spending time with animals. Please see our website for further information and to book (or pay in our cafe).

- Need a venue? We have facilities to hire including our sensory room and the Pebble (with kitchen facilities). We cater for birthday parties. Please see our website for further information.

- Party and Therapy Ponies: we come to you! Our Shetland ponies can come to your special occasion. Please contact [email protected] for a quote.

No animal club tomorrow (Saturday). Unfortunately due to staff illness we have had to cancel the session.

Also, please note that we do not currently have Animal Club sessions running on a Tuesday. We hope to provide an update on this soon.

Our site is still open this weekend (excluding the café) and you're welcome to use the inclusive playground, explore the garden and see our animals all for free (donations welcome).

Customers love our Full English Breakfasts 😋 🙌

On Fridays between 9am and 12pm we have a special offer on them; a large full English breakfast with a hot drink of your choice for just £10 for pork sausages or just £8 for the veggie sausages*! 🍳🥓☕ Orders in advance are welcome by calling 01837 810584 (option 3). We do takeaways!

Our café hours are: 9am - 4pm weekdays only. Orders for hot food are 9:30am - 2:45pm. Please note that our café is now shut on weekends until mid February.
