It’s a 10-minute downhill walk to a long sandy Blue Flag beach. And Puerto del Carmen’s shops, bars and restaurants are even closer.

What is Puerto Del Carmen like?
Puerto del Carmen is on the southeast side of Lanzarote in in the Canary Islands. It first got going in the Sixties and since then it’s upped the tempo from its fishing village roots to become a very lively holiday hub. The waterside promenade doubles up as the main strip – it’s packed with bars, clubs and restaurants, and it also looks out over a trio of beaches. You still get a bit of Puerto del Carmen’s former charm, though, as you’ll see from the authentic eating places in the old town.

ABOUT THE HOTEL

No prizes for guessing what goes down at the Benidorm Celebrations Music Resort. But, if you need a clue, think pool parties and pre-drinks before nights out on the strip.
This hotel’s address sets you up nicely for days and nights out. It’s less than a five-minute walk down the hill to Levante Beach, and just a tad longer to hit the start of Benidorm’s neon-lit strip.
Bedrooms are kept pretty simple, with beach and party scenes slapped on the walls to get you in the mood. We reckon you’ll hardly be in your room, though, because the hotel specialises in Ibiza-style pool parties.
