We enjoyed a fabulous meal from here last night - a choice to sit at the stunning woodland restaurant or a takeaway by our cosy logburner at our holiday cottage 🏡

A visit to the local Ice Cream farm was a real treat today 😋 Definitely recommend a visit here for our guests to experience the great tempting flavours 🍧🍦

We chose Jaffa Cake ice cream 🍦

Back tomorrow to try the apple pie 🥧 or rhubarb and custard or maybe the cheesecake 🤔 😋

Lovely visit to Plas Newydd Llangollen today.

Plas Newydd was the historic home of The Ladies of Llangollen from 1780 to 1829. A stone built house converted into a gothic fantasy set in peaceful gardens surrounded by trees and includes the font from the nearby Valle Crucis Abbey.
