Katie has just returned from Prague 🇨🇿

I flew from Manchester airport with Jet2Holidays. Checking in my luggage was quicker than I thought, I used the self service machines and there were Jet2Holidays staff around to help if you needed it.

I stayed at the Prague Centre Plaza for 2 nights. I found it was a great base for exploring. Just a 10 minute walk from the hotel is Basilica of St. Ludmila a Gothic church built in the 1800s where local Christmas markets are held.

There are lots of Christmas markets dotted about and I found that only some accepted card most stalls where cash only.

The Old Town square is a 30 minute walk away where I visited the National Museum which cost 600 Czech around £20. You can also visit IAM Illusion Art Museum, Prague beer museum and Prague Zoo.

I visited Prague mainly for the Christmas Markets however there is so much to do and see all year round. I definitely recommend going to this wonderful city. It is full of history and culture and the perfect weekend away.
