The first day of our trip to Ireland. First stop Whitchurch for lunch by the canal locks and then meet with the rest of the Mazda club at the longest named station I have ever come across. A short drive to our hotel in Hollyhead and then the ferry to Dublin tomorrow morning.

Just spent a wonderfull couple of hours in the Le Mans museum. Stunning collection of 1:43 models of every car that has competed and probably the best collection if endurance racing cars you will find anywhere. If you are ever near Le Mans take a few hours out and visit the museum.

Will definitely be back to Spain. More great driving roads, stunning views, Roman villas, storks nesting, amazing bridges and only a couple of U turns as we encountered closed roads. Petrol at £1.23 a litre, coffee and cake for 2 at less than £8, great value for money.

Stunning driving roads today in the Pyranees. Then a stop by Lake Aragon before heading to the medieval town of Sos del rey Catolico for our overnight stop in the hills. Amazing views.

Great crossing with Brittany Ferries to Bilbao. Unfortunately lots of mist and cloud around but we did spot a couple of Dolphins for a few seconds. Driving through the rain to our first overnight stop at San Sebastian as we explore this region of Spain for future tours. Hopefully the sun will come out for us
