The Annual High Point YachtFests are multinational fun sporting regattas with the focus on the social side.

There are two annual events: September regatta in the Mediterranean and the March regatta in the Caribbean.

HPYF Catamaran Regatta in the BVI was full of great sailing this year! With constant winds, high temperatures and gorgeous scenery, the British Virgin Islands are one of the most beautiful winter sailing destinations in the world.

* Spanish Town - Blunder Bay (for the gourmet night and Salsa dance!)
* Blunder Bay - Bitter End Yacht Club ( )
* Bitter End Yacht Club - Peter Island (for the Prizegiving evening at )
* Peter Island - Nanny Cay (for the morning disembarkation)

The next regatta will be in the British Virgin Islands, 18-25 March 2023. We’ve explored this area well and know the best of it. We’ll be visiting Jost van D**e, Norman Island, Bitter End Yacht Club and SABA Rock in Virgin Gorda, Cooper Island, Peter Island and more. There are many treats on Totrola too. Our salsa dance teachers will be with us again. And then there is the winter sun and beautiful scenery…. Join us in March, we’ll be sailing the catamarans!

HPYF 2022 is taking place in Sardinia & Corsica 10-17 September! A fleet of 15 boats will be sailing in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean. Expect good winds, beautiful spots for swimming and snorkelling, some beautiful places to explore, great restaurants, one amazing gourmet evenings on board and a lot of fun!

This is one of the iconic ECC photos taken back in 2016. A fleet of 53, I believe, was moored at the Ekincik My Marina, one of the most beautiful areas of Turkey… I would like to announce that we have again been chosen as the organiser of the ECC regatta. Absolutely thrilled and honoured! ECC 2023 will take place in Sicily, 6-13 May, starting from Marsala and sailing around the gorgeous Egadi Islands! We expect a fleet of 55 boats, some fantastic sailing in that incredible part of the Mediterranean and a lot of fun with this adventurous and very entertaining Commodore’s team. Thank you and !

The HPYF reunion was at the Yacht Haven Hillegersberg, the sailing club on the lake Bergse Plas. A gorgeous place! Loved seeing the old friends! We met the newbies and their families, all are a great addition to the HPYF fleet! September will be fun! We spent a day in a sailing club and touring the lake. What a perfect day …. HPYF reunion is taking place on 18 June in Rotterdam! This will be a meeting of old friends and the introduction of the new ones. We’ll meet at the Jachthaven Hillegersberg Yacht Club at 12.30pm for the welcome drinks, boat tour of the lake, drinks and dinner at the Yacht Club and a party afterwards. Let us know if you’d like to join us!

A huge thanks to the Commodore’s team, especially to Pieter and Eddo, for being such a wonderful team to work with on organising the regatta and on postponing it twice since 2019! Always interested in finding the right solution for all, eager to understand the organisational side of the event, helpful and great fun too! They introduced the ECC App, a significant improvement for the organisation and the participants, taking the event to another level following the current trends and supporting sustainability too. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you!

regatta is taking place in Croatia, 7-14 May, route Trogir - Dubrovnik. After a two-year pandemic break, this will be a fantastic reunion of sailing friends in one of the most beautiful sailing destinations in the world. There will be 45 boats and 290 participants.
