I have a really nice 38’x12’ Cosalt Carlton Superwarm 370/3 GSX static caravan for sale off-site (that means you would need somewhere to put it as it cannot remain on-site). It has double glazing and central heating and a galvanised chassis. It had a new central heating boiler in 2021 and a new shower in 2023. Viewing welcome at St Merryn near Padstow. £7,000.

Beautiful Padstow this morning 💕💕💕💕

I have lovely caravans at St Merryn which is 3.5 miles away. Why not come and have a holiday before the school holidays? I am doing June weeks from £450 for the week.

Dogs over 1 year are very welcome and this is a really dog friendly area with 6 beaches in a 2 mile radius that allow dogs all year round and a pub restaurant, cafe bar restaurant and a sports bar on-site that all welcome dogs.
