Our unique lodge offers 3 beautifully designed double bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite), plus a stunning ground floor children's bedroom complete with a wooden sleigh cot bed and a small single bed, a further family bathro

om, state of the art kitchen, 2 living areas and a handmade sensational indoor wooden playhouse with toys in the upstairs lounge. The large downstairs open plan living room and kitchen opens onto the stunning enlarged terrace where you can take in amazing views of Cornwall's beautiful countryside, enjoy a bbq and drink with family and friends and take a relaxing dip in the hot tub, all while you watch the kids play in the outdoor wooden playhouse, ride around on the outdoor ride on toys or have a picnic on their own children’s picnic bench. The large upstairs sitting room with enough toys and play equipment to entertain your little one also has a large balcony looking out to the same sensational view above the downstairs terrace. It is perfect for families with little ones who believe, like we do, that when your children are happy then so are you, so we have worked hard with the help of our children to make sure that it is as child friendly as possible with a whole host of baby and toddler equipment provided. After all, with 3 small children ourselves, we know as well as anyone how much equipment you need to take on holiday, and how much easier a holiday is if a large majority is provided for you. Situated just a 5 minute stroll to the leisure facilities, playground, kids club, restaurant, FlowRider, wake park, aqua park and beach area, there is so much on offer for all the family before you even start to discover the local area. Exciting news for Lodge 40............

With guest feedback in mind, we are turning our twin nursery room into a more usable children's bedroom which will hopefully enable more families to make use of the lodge. It will still have one of our luxury wooden sleigh cot beds but also a full length 2ft 6 single bed to allow older children to make use of the room (removal bed guard available). Don't worry though, for those of you that have more than one infant in your party, we still of course have two travel cots along with 2 of all of the usual baby and toddler equipment that you could wish to be provided. Please read the 'about' section for all that is available at the lodge.

And it doesn't stop there........we are pleased to be marketing and letting Lodge 40 from now on through Coastal Luxuries rather than Bluechip Holidays, so you can find out all the details you need through the new link below or through the 'Book Now' button.
