Acomidation consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms to sleep 8, large lounge/dining area separate shower/ toilet rooms and fully equipped kitchen..
Expertly cleaned by Maid in Paignton Cleaning Services ..
Dogs welcome and free WiFi..
We are situated on the magnificent south west coastal path, with miles of walks with stunning views over Torbay..
Sit on the patio and watvh the famous Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company steam trains pass by..
Busses run every 15 minutes to Brixham and Torquay..
Bar and restaurant on site, with indoor pool ( passes required from holiday park ) plenty of beaches within walking distance or a small drive..
Close to The English Riviera centre and Splashdown Quaywest for swimming, Dates will be added in a separate post more dates will be available this year due to popular demand, a deposit will be required for booking, prices will stay at 2023 rates 💛

The park itself is having a makeover at the moment and new facilities are expected to be open end of May, this includes a new pool and bar/restaurant, we DO NOT provide passes for these facilities but they can be purchased through park holidays, as we are strictly just a caravan hire....
We provide all bedding for our guests which needs to be collected from reception upon arrival...

Coming in May 2023 to Waterside in Devon is a full refurbishment of the existing facilities building. This exciting development will see a fantastic new indoor swimming pool with a relaxing jet pool, along with a revamped reception area and shop. The bar and restaurant will get a new look, with the interior being reminiscent of a traditional pub creating a friendly atmosphere for holiday guests to enjoy. During the warmer months, visitors can make the most of the spectacular views across the bay on the raised terrace area which will be perfect for al fresco eating and drinking, along with a convenient covered area when needed.
