We will be challenging ourselves with different styles of music from Pop, Jazz, Musical Theatre to Classical and Gospel. No previous experience or ability to read music are needed. There are solo opportunities for those who are willing. The Choir director, Maria Nicol, is a highly qualified and professional vocal teacher and vocalist. She has 10 years of vocal training experience with children and
adults. She has previously performed with orchestras, Jazz bands, combos and vocal a'capella groups, and successfully competed in vocal competitions and festivals all over the world, including UK, Europe, Russia and Ukraine. Practice takes place on Thursdays at Christ Church Hall in Paignton (junction of Torquay Road and Lower Polsham Road). Session lasts 2 hours including tea/coffee break.
