Happy Campers here at PNTC, the lovely young man from Open Reach ( an Elderslie resident I believe) climbed a pole and re connected us !

A warm welcome to Nico who is joining us at PNTC. She has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation, and a HNC and HND in Sports Therapy from City of Glasgow College

She does Sports Massage, Relaxation/Swedish Massage, Injury Assessments, Rehabilitation Programs, Taping Services, Joint Mobilisation.

When not with us, she works with Glasgow City Football Club. I'm not sure if she runs around with a cold sponge and I hope not to find out!

Congratulations to everybody who ran/hobbled/ limped the 26 miles in London today. A staff member guessed the right finishing time....suspicious eh...and won the hamper. Over £500 raised for Shelter. The runner's total will be over 3k I reckon. Well done that woman!
