Congratulations to everybody who ran/hobbled/ limped the 26 miles in London today. A staff member guessed the right finishing time....suspicious eh...and won the hamper. Over £500 raised for Shelter. The runner's total will be over 3k I reckon. Well done that woman!

After a few weeks of being very busy, we are pleased to say we have extended our acupuncture clinic with Lynn. She's having some remarkable results with chronic pain. Especially gratifying when we think that everything has been done than can be done for that patient, then the needles provide some much needed relief.

A big welcome to Pavel Shumega who has joined us from Ukraine. He’s getting the warmest welcome from his new Scottish friends.
He treats musculoskeletal injuries, does cupping, deep tissue massage and a special honey massage. And he’s really keen to practise his English!
