Update - Scooter Repairs and Maintenance Services

Wilson will be returning to the office on Thursday 13 February '25 - just before Valentines Day - which means if you need any repairs or maintenance or send him a valentines message, you will need to wait until then !

Thank you for all of your kind wishes - he's doing much better today.

We're open for business as usual tomorrow as Paul is ensuring we are able to provide hires.

Sandra Fernie Made for You in Paisley is running the mobility crafting session 'as usual' tomorrow - so come along and join for a nice free crafty session and a lovely lunch organised by Kayleigh.
Be there for 12:30pm - you will be most welcome.

A wonderful picture of a busy High Street with a man on a ladder doing some cleaning or maintenance?

26 January 1861: The One O'Clock Gun was fired at Edinburgh Castle for the first time. It allowed ships' captains, station masters, and the citizens of Edinburgh to set their watches and clocks. The gun is fired every day at 1300, except on Sundays, Good Friday, and Christmas Day. The original gun was a 64-pounder and since 2001, a 105mm field gun has been fired from the Mills Mount Battery.

I know I sound like a broken record with the Branding Services being switched on and off, Apologies for this!

Branding used to be a great way to bring in new clients - it was always a loss leader as the clients it brought in would then use all the other services I supplied - especially design and print, this made the initial loss worthwhile. Unfortunately, those times seem to have passed, and branding has become a big loss-making part of the business. Of course, other brilliant designers make branding work for them but it takes a lot of time, focus, and going back and forward with the client.

Anchor Printworks/Muirmedia has evolved into the printing side of the business. This is where I feel the business is at its most profitable, and it's where I need to spend the time cultivating and concentrating on to ensure the company can grow and basically keep afloat.

So, I have decided to hang up my branding services to allow me to crack on with my other work.

Thank you to all (800+ over the last 10 years) who have used my branding services, I'm very proud of all the work I have done... Hold on a wee minute... I take that back - some were bloody awful!! :)

If there are any designers out there that are interested in taking on any branding work then please get in touch. I can put you in touch directly with the client.

Thanks,
Dave
