Rooks Retreat is situated right next to the village green on an 'Access Only' lane and with a large fully fenced back garden you can be assured your children will have a wonderful time. We accept 2 well behaved pets, and the cottage's 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide great versatility. There is an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor suitable for people with limited mobility. There is oil-fired central heating controlled with individual radiator thermostats, so you are as warm as toast whatever the weather or season. There is also a realistic electric fireplace in the sitting room. The open plan sitting/dining room has French doors opening onto the back garden & all rooms are full of light. You will have: a large wide screen TV with Freeview with three more wide screen TVs in the bedrooms plus unlimited free WiFi . There is a good signal for most mobile phone networks. The open plan sitting/dining area on the ground floor has a table with 7 chairs, two sofas (two-seater and three-seater) and an arm-chair. In addition, one of the four bedrooms can be used as a "games" room with a TV, video games and board games.
